Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Kinjon is not yet open to the public. This policy describes how the service is being built and will be reviewed and finalised before launch. We will not reduce your rights without telling you first.

Kinjon (“Kinjon”, “we”, “us”) is a health records service at kinjon.app with companion mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can get it back or delete it.

What we collect

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics that follow you across other apps and websites.

How we use it

We never sell your data and never use your health records for advertising.

Who can see your records

Only you, the account owner. In family mode the owner sees the records of every family member they manage. Kinjon staff do not view your records unless you ask for help and approve access for that support case; every such access is logged. A doctor sees your records only through a time-limited link that you create.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers who process data only on our instructions: hosting and storage, email delivery, push notifications (Google Firebase), error reporting, sign-in with Google or Facebook (only if you choose it), document reading, and payment processing. We share with authorities only when the law requires it.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each profile’s records are encrypted with their own key, so when a profile is deleted its key is destroyed and its data in backups becomes unreadable.

Your choices and rights

Children

Accounts are for adults. A parent or guardian may keep a child’s records as a family member in their own account.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
