Delete your data
You can delete your Kinjon account and everything in it — including data received when you signed in with Google or Facebook — at any time.
From the app or the web
- Open Kinjon and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. We recommend exporting your data first; the export is free on every plan.
Your account is closed at once. For 30 days you can still cancel the deletion by signing in again, in case it was a mistake. After 30 days all your records, files and account details are permanently deleted, and their encryption keys are destroyed so copies in backups can no longer be read.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email support@kinjon.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Kinjon account”. We will confirm by reply and delete the account as described above.
Signed in with Facebook or Google?
Deleting your Kinjon account deletes the name, email and profile ID we received from them. You can also remove Kinjon’s access in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites) or your Google account (Security → Third-party apps with account access).
